The spot in Nakuru is perfect for an overnight stay; staff chat while serving, making it easy to build connections. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's helpfulness, but the room's size was a bit of an issue - it was huge. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief considering the hot weather outside. The hotel's location was also a major plus, close to shops and restaurants. On the downside, the room was a bit too spacious, which made it feel a bit empty and impersonal.

The rooms at this hotel are seriously excellent - clean, comfortable, and with top-notch security. However, the food is a major letdown. Breakfast is a disaster, with ridiculously long wait times and meager portions. It's baffling that they don't offer a buffet or allow guests to serve themselves, especially considering the hefty price tag. I ended up leaving without some of the items I'd ordered, which was a huge disappointment.

I was blown away by this hotel in Nakuru - the staff were genuinely exceptional, always going above and beyond to help with a smile. The room was a real treat, spacious, spotless, and super comfy, with all the little details thought out. The atmosphere was super relaxing, with a great balance of calm and elegance, making it perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was a highlight, with loads of fresh fruit, expertly made omelets, and a lovely selection of local Kenyan tea.
