“Do not deal with these people”

I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. I arrived for check-in and had contacted the owners beforehand, but to my surprise, I received a text stating that my booking had been canceled without any explanation. They informed me that they would issue a refund, but unfortunately, I never received it. I had booked the place for two days, and it was disappointing to be left in the lurch like that.

“Poor communication”

I was excited to stay at The Hungerford, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. When I arrived and contacted them, they told me they had to cancel my reservation due to boiler issues, which I felt should have been communicated ahead of time. I'm still waiting for my refund, and I'm not happy about how things were handled.

“Do no stay”

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, and I wasn't allowed to stay. To make matters worse, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone, and it's been a month since I was supposed to stay, and I still haven't received a refund.
