I was struck by the stunning architecture and the beautiful surroundings, but the staff were friendly and professional and the food was good.

“Environment around is incredible with winter green trees”

The staff were very polite, the food was good, and the location was great, but there was loud noise from the laundry or kitchen that made it impossible to sit on the balcony or sleep from 7am to 11pm, and the room was dark inside, probably because of the interior design.

“Perfect stay if you want to explore the area”

The property is beautiful and the location in Berovo is ideal, though some amenities were temporarily unavailable due to a power outage, which was not a dealbreaker.
