The location is very good, but the highlight was the welcome from Dona Margarida who handled our check‑in with great friendliness. The elevator is very small, making it difficult to bring luggage inside, and the shower had a broken support.
“MADRID PINTORESCO”
I really appreciated how close the hotel was to several key spots, the neighborhood was lovely, and the facilities were kept in great shape. The triple room was comfortable and spotless, and although it was on the third floor, an elevator was available. I have no complaints to add.
The location is perfect, clean, and the staff are friendly.
The location and the staff were solid. The paint in the room was uneven and had stains.
