The hotel is functional and well‑located, though nothing exceptional.

The bed was comfortable and the room had good basic facilities, but check‑in was delayed because the hotel misinformed us about the elevator; we had booked an elevator room but were first given one without. The lobby lights stay off in the evening, giving it a haunted vibe. Two reception staff were friendly, yet the manager at the corner, always on his computer, was rude when I asked for water bottle refills—he claimed they were only for welcome drinks. One day housekeeping didn’t bring the bottles, but the next day they did, showing the property is poorly managed yet decent. Breakfast varied: one day the room had a heater, another day it didn’t, making it uncomfortable.

The room was a good size and the breakfast was sufficient; the staff were attentive. A restaurant at the end of the street was very good, with fair prices and wonderful food. The beds were comfortable. It’s about a 10‑minute walk to the center, where there are great pizza places just a few meters from the hotel. The hotel has an elevator. Unfortunately, I think there was no hot water for all guests; there were times when no hot water was available for showers.
