I stay at this hotel every year because it’s close to Haram, the staff are very friendly—especially Mr Mohammed Othmane, who is always there and helpful and made my stay unforgettable. I truly appreciate his hospitality and kindness. SHOKRAN JAZILAN.

The staff were excellent and helped us even though we arrived very late, but we wish there were options for online rent transfer instead of just a bank transfer.

Good value for money, not too far from the haram, about 10 minutes walk, all the facilities in the neighborhood. They don't come out to help with luggage upon arrival or departure.hence I scored 7 otherwise it can be 10
