The breakfast was decent enough, but the building overall lacks a sense of cleanliness, which is a drawback when considering value for money.

The staff were kind, but the station turned out to be surprisingly far.

The female staff were very pleasant, but the location was a bit off because I could see a cemetery.

I found this place while looking for a commercial hotel near Otsu Station. The staff were friendly, and when Wi‑Fi failed I went to the front desk; they came to my room and helped set it up. After being fed up with business‑style hotels in Kyoto, the warm hospitality really impressed me. The breakfast buffet had that homemade touch from a local grandma, with dishes like simmered red konnyaku, and it was delicious. There were plenty of inexpensive parking spots nearby, which was convenient.

The breakfast, which included local dishes, was delicious, and the dinner menu was affordable and satisfying.
