Some staff were just rude, especially the lady at the parking garage gate. She talked to me like I was a child, right in front of my family. Additional charges of $40 just to park and more fees upon check‑in.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the beds felt like heaven—definitely booking again in February. No complaints.

Staff was professional but a little mix up with room cancelation. Booked 3 rooms initially. canceled one but they were showingi canceled two. Room clean. Location very good but no microwave which i needed. No shuttle or golf cart to near by places. No microwave in room or shuttle
