The room was clean, but the two rooms we booked together ended up on different floors, which was inconvenient.

Free laundry and a nice gym made the stay enjoyable, and the rooms were clean. However, there was no notice that the rooms weren’t cleaned daily, and when I reported a broken toilet lid it took 10 hours for the concierge to replace it instead of maintenance.

The staff were rude and the WiFi signal was weak, which made the experience disappointing.

Being close to I‑95 was handy, the food and gas were good, and the staff were friendly. The downside was that we booked a walk‑in shower because my wife can’t use the tub, but the shower we got wasn’t available.
