“Maiori, el punto de partida para la Costa Amalfitana”

The place is very well situated, easy to get to, and a lovely spot to explore all of the Amalfi Coast. The only downside was that the bathroom was shared; water leaked through the partition and the room filled up with water.

“Didn’t feel welcomed at all, do not recommend.”

The spot is decent, close to the port and the beach, and the interior feels fresh. The building was converted into a guest house, so we booked a room that advertised a separate bathroom but it was actually attached to a shared one through a wall, and we could hear the noise. When we arrived, the kitchen and washing machine were present but unusable. I’d have preferred at least a mini fridge and kettle in the room, as most hotels provide, instead of a TV we barely used. Some cutlery was missing. We stayed for 3 days, but towels weren’t changed and the trash wasn’t moved.

The location, design, repairs, and amenities such as a nightstand, table, wardrobe, drying area, balcony, towels, and clean linens were all good. Even though a kitchen is present, its use is prohibited; only the fridge and electric kettle are allowed. The main door opens very slowly, and I still don’t understand the principle, but eventually I managed to get in. The liquid soap in the bathroom was extremely diluted with water.
