“Grata Experiencia”
Location is solid, breakfast and housekeeping are handled. The beds were a bit rough, but the owner mentioned they'd be checking mattresses at season's end to see which needed replacement. Overall, decent stay.
“SI VENIS A NATALES ANDA A NATALY”
Shoutout to Willy and his wife – they were welcoming even when I arrived late by bus. The breakfast was generous, and when a timing mix‑up almost cost me an excursion, Willy stepped in and got me back on track. The rooms match the photos – comfy, with TV, WiFi, private bath, hair dryer, closet, all the basics. I learned a lot about local culture from them, so I recommend it 100%.
“great for the budget”
Right in town center, a 15‑minute walk to the bus station, the room was warm, cozy, and the bed comfy. Breakfast had cheese, ham, bread, milk, cereals – decent. The downside: I live near the stairs, so I heard people moving all the time, and the owner locked the front door when I was out, leaving me locked out a few times. Plus, the owner smokes downstairs and the smell sometimes drifted upstairs even though the rooms are non‑smoking.
“Mi estancia fue corta, pero el lugar excelente, agradezco la hospitalidad de don willi”
Everything's close by, breakfast is included, and the owner is genuinely friendly. I didn't have any issues. A pleasant little place.
“Pésimo servicio”
Service was a nightmare: the place was closed when I arrived, it was freezing, and I waited over an hour on the phone with no answer. The owner was on the other end, telling me he was in Punta Arenas and to find somewhere else, then insulted me for being Colombian. I was charged $36 for the cancellation.
