They lost my booking, claimed I hadn’t booked, handed the room to someone else, and behaved rudely.

It was handy for my second job; the room was decent enough for one night, especially since I finish at 5 am and just needed a quick place to rest. I liked the convenience, but when I forgot my charger the first night they said they couldn’t find it, so I had to buy another one. The front‑office staff were understanding and I liked him, but the charger issue happened again. The corner room I stayed in had no window, just a wall, and a married couple in another corner room complained it was horrible and had to switch rooms. The front desk claimed no more rooms were available, as if they’d rather sell an unsuitable room than keep a returning customer, which is unacceptable. I’m not going back, and I’m still waiting for a refund or half my money back even though it was only 68 bucks, which could have gone to my second room.

They knocked on my door, screamed, and tried to open it at 10:15 am to remind me that check‑out was at 11:00 am (I already knew). When I asked why they’d knock or open the room while I was inside, they said it’s a standard procedure. They don’t respect privacy or hygiene.
