“Ich konnte gar nicht glauben, wie schön es war!”
The resort is stunning, with pools, a spa, and the best view I’ve seen; the breakfast and restaurant were also delicious.

The views were great, but there’s nothing else to do.

The heated pool was a highlight, but it was my first hotel in Costa Rica and the trails cost extra. The room had a strong unpleasant odor.

Even though I've visited La Fortuna many times, I chose this place for its comfort, first‑class feel, and value. The room was spacious, featuring beautiful wooden furniture, a jacuzzi, an open bathtub with rock walls, and a quiet terrace overlooking the Arenal volcano. The entire property is lush and wild. The staff were friendly and attentive. I spent four days and decided to stay on the premises to fully enjoy it. Both the hot and cold pools were at the right temperature. I had a great time there. Everything was fine—no complaints.
