The bed was nice and the TVs streamed well, yet everything else was terrible—overpriced for awful service, Starbucks was closed, no free breakfast, and everything felt very outdated.

The hotel’s proximity to downtown Naperville is a plus. The dog poop on the floor of our room was a problem, and the room also had a musty, mildewy smell.
