The place was dead quiet and the bed was surprisingly comfy. Staff were super friendly – they even came out to fetch us so we could park the car, the guy was a real star. Breakfast was solid with a menu to pick from, and our room looked out over the river and that famous covered bridge.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel sits right where you’d want to be. The location made it easy to get around. Unfortunately the breakfast was nothing but fried items, which was a let‑down.

This hotel is right in the sweet spot, right by the river and the view from the room is nice. It’s a solid choice if you want to be close to the water.
