“Mécontentement”

The mattress in the room was good, but they made me pay for Wi‑Fi and a bottle of water at checkout. The hotel arranged a taxi for me at 4 am to the airport, but it didn’t arrive until 4:30 am. The photos of the room were absolutely not what I had booked, and the hotel was not in the location specified in the reservation.
