The place matched the listing perfectly – cozy, quiet and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly, polite and always available, making us feel at ease from the first message. The room was spotless and the price was a real bargain, so we’ll definitely choose it again when we return to Campos do Jordão.

I was pleasantly surprised – the WhatsApp support was quick and friendly, the inn is beautiful and quiet with birds singing at dawn, and I even got to see two rainbows. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, the room feels very homey, and the location is close to all the main attractions. Everything was spotless, breakfast delicious, and Elza’s hospitality was off the charts. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

A very nice, clean and tidy spot that feels cozy. Breakfast was really good and Elza always had the table set nicely. The host was friendly and always ready to help.
