The service was wonderful from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed from reception to the very last moment of our stay. The entire team was attentive, courteous and helpful, always treating us with care and politeness. It was a very pleasant experience and certainly helped make our trip to Búzios even more special.

“Sin dudas con mí esposa volveremos”

The hotel overall comes highly recommended, with a spectacular view from the room and excellent staff attention. The internet kept cutting out and the in‑room TV had very poor picture quality and a limited channel selection, but these are minor issues that didn’t spoil the good moments we had.
