The staff were kind and respectful, but the rooms were a nightmare. I paid the full amount online and when I opened the door I saw broken closets, black, worn mattresses and pillows, and beds that were just uncomfortable. I couldn't stay with my kids and had to cancel, getting only a 75% refund because they had other bookings. I understand the situation but I won't come back – the place clearly lacks care.

I had a decent stay, but I still haven't received an invoice even after asking through their contact channel. They kept asking for advance payment, but no reply on the invoice.

The room was clean and comfortable, but they claim to have parking and they don't – it's just on the street. At midnight the workers keep yelling in the hallway and you can't sleep.

The place was horrible – dirty, smelling damp, and we even saw rats. The only thing that was okay was the staff.
