O Quarto é grande, muito limpo, todos dias arrumam as camas e limpam o banheiro, adorei o café da manhã com muitas variedades, e a localização é perfeita, super indico, superou minhas expectativas. Voltarei com certeza. Gostei de tudo. Mas a sugestão é a troca do piso do box, que é um pouco escorregadio, perigoso para idosos. Mas nada que desabone o Hotel

I stayed at the hotel from 7 to 10 October and it was flawless from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Heller and another staff member—whose name I can’t recall—welcomed me warmly, even letting me pick the floor I preferred, showing how attentive the team is. At the restaurant, Marcelo, a genuinely kind and attentive employee, treated me like royalty, even though lunch was almost over, and he made sure I wasn’t rushed. The rest of the kitchen crew were all courteous and friendly, and as a fellow Minas Gerais native, I struck up a great conversation and felt truly welcomed. My room, 205 on the second floor of Torre Comendador, was immaculate, fragrant, organized, and very spacious—everything was super comfortable. I also used the gym, which had treadmills, an elliptical, bikes, and other equipment, and I was able to finish all my workouts without any issues. On the 10th I checked out at noon, but my flight wasn’t until 5 pm; the staff kindly let me leave my bags at the front desk so I could enjoy a last stroll around town before heading to the airport. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the city center and close to a pharmacy, gym, clothing shops, and other places, making the stay very convenient. I recommend this hotel without hesitation! The only downside is that the hotel is undergoing renovations, and the elevator has an old system that appears to be in the process of being replaced. Because I’m a bit afraid of elevators, I was nervous about going alone due to the noise, but it worked out fine.
