The accommodation was great, very clean and well-maintained. A fantastic location – a 1‑minute walk to the metro, shopping right across the street. The staff were very friendly, always reachable and responsive. We felt very comfortable!

The establishment met our expectations regarding comfort, cleanliness, proximity to the metro and shops. The hosts respond very quickly and are very helpful.

Everything! The staff were very attentive. The accommodations were excellent and the breakfast was basic but had everything needed to power through the daily journey. The location is outside the center, but a metro station is just a few steps away, excellent!

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel is far from the center of Rome, but the metro right in front of the building made it convenient – you’re in the center in just 15 minutes. We bought a 48‑hour pass and used the unlimited metro. Because the property is on site, we didn’t have any parking issues. Breakfast was adequate, but even though there was a kitchen we couldn’t cook anything because the host said they wouldn’t provide pans or pots due to regulations. I didn’t understand why there was a stove. The cleaning lady who came was very sweet. We paid an extra 36 € for a 3‑day city tax, which seemed expensive to us. Overall we were satisfied. I would have liked at least the ability to boil an egg in the kitchen, and our room didn’t have a balcony. We asked if a balcony room was available, but the staff said the room was empty and still charged 10 € per day, which I didn’t like.
