The rooms are dated and the pool is really dirty, plus there’s no bar service; however, the air conditioning works and the beds are fairly comfortable.

The property sits near Perugia’s ring road, yet it’s surprisingly quiet despite the traffic; the owner is extremely kind and always helpful, and the lady prepares a generous breakfast of homemade sweets that are truly delicious. Even though it’s a 2‑star hotel, I had a great stay and will definitely return.
