My husband and I celebrated our five‑year wedding anniversary here and everything was absolutely perfect ❤️ Our room was excellent – very clean, spacious, and the shower pressure was amazing. The window looked toward the mountains, which we found lovely. The campus itself is beautiful and compact, and the surrounding mountain views – especially from the main pool – and the intimate size of the grounds made everything feel relaxing and peaceful. The service staff were all extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, with plenty of friendly, hardworking people around to assist. The all‑inclusive food (breakfast, lunch, snack bar, dinner) and drinks were great; we always found delicious options at the buffet for each meal, and the drinks were enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the main strip of lively stores and restaurants, and a short straight walk takes you to the beautiful beach area. We enjoyed walking this strip to soak in the town and beach vibes at sunset. This hotel offers amazing value – affordable for a comfortable all‑inclusive stay with great food, drinks, service, atmosphere, and location. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel! ❤️ When we first checked in, we weren’t completely happy with the room because it was right next to the pool. We voiced our concern to the staff and their response was lightning‑fast – the room was swapped immediately, with no extra waiting or hassle. Thanks for the quick help! The food is fantastic, tasty and very varied – there’s a wide selection and everyone can find something to their liking. 🍽️ The staff are wonderful – polite, smiling and responsive. It’s clear that people try hard to make guests feel comfortable. Around the pool there are many fun activities and the atmosphere is great. Every evening, except Sunday, there’s a different show program, which makes the stay even more interesting. The location is also very convenient – the hotel sits on the main, very lively street, close to everything you need.
