The apartment had great views of the beach and a large terrace, but the bathrooms were very old, some outlets were broken, and the décor wasn’t very cozy.

The location was good, that was the only positive thing; the rooms did not match the photos the hotel advertised, they were old and in bad condition. There was only one hairdryer for the whole complex, available at reception. Towels were changed only once every four days. The place was messy—spider webs, sand everywhere, and cockroaches crawling all over. The walls were damp, the doors didn’t seal, and insects were in every room. We stayed one night and then moved out. Customer service and reception were awful, they lied about flooding and the cockroaches, refused to refund, kept us waiting and wouldn’t resolve the issue. Don’t book until you see the room. Luckily we got a refund from Booking.
