Everything was good.

The exterior looked old, but the interior was new. Beds and bathrooms were spotless, amenities plentiful, and staff were very kind and helpful. The location was right in the middle of a tourist spot, so if I return I’d stay here again. Three Japanese women stayed with me, all were very comfortable and had no complaints. Knowing Venice’s age, we had no issues and it was a great hotel. Highly recommended for Japanese travelers.

The building was very old—told it was 500 years old—but the room had high ceilings and was beautiful. Breakfast was great and included. It’s right near St Mark’s Square. The view, however, was not real.

The place is in a great spot, easy to find and close to everything you want in Venice. Afternoon tea turned out to be a pleasant surprise, and breakfast was lovely as well. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The bathroom felt a bit dated and could use some updates.

The hotel sits in a quiet little street yet is still well‑located. Walking is the best way to see most sights, and if you need public transport the vaporetto stop is just a 5‑minute walk away. For dinner there are plenty of nearby restaurants, but we chose to walk a quarter‑hour further to find less touristy options. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and speak several foreign languages. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh items. Nothing to complain about, except perhaps the price for its category, which probably reflects the city and season.
