The location was on the road but it was quiet. Breakfast was good and varied. The hotel had no elevator or facilities for disabled guests. The room description I ordered promised accessibility features, but the photo showed a ground‑floor room, yet we received a room on the 2nd floor. Placing the reception on that floor was a poor idea. At the restaurant we waited over half an hour for two portions of pierogi—apparently they were still cooking—and the waitress forgot the cutlery.
I found the place convenient for traveling, easy to get to, and there was parking on site. The room design and equipment were what I expected from a property of this class. Breakfast was fine. I chose this hotel also because they accept guests with dogs. The hotel has a lot of stairs, which didn’t bother me personally, but people with mobility issues might find it problematic.
