The hotel’s location is good, the rooftop offers views of the Mediterranean, the old Roman harbor, and Hadrian’s Gate, and A101 supermarket is downstairs for convenient shopping. The owner and his wife were very enthusiastic; on a windy day they helped me collect clothes from the rooftop dryer, and early in the morning they invited me for Turkish black tea on the rooftop. The room was overall clean, had a small balcony, and I could stare off into space alone. The overall value for money is high. The building is a renovated old house, so the room facilities are somewhat outdated, there is no elevator, the electrical sockets and furniture are relatively old, and there are no disposable toiletries.
