“I’m glad I knew how to make it bearable. Take note- People and desk helo were all friendly and great.”
The price was good, the location convenient, and the kitchenette had a full‑size fridge, two burners, and a microwave. Hot water and a bathtub were nice, and the elevator was a plus. Coffee was a bonus, and there was a coffee maker in the room. The AC and fan options were good, and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking was convenient. The downside was the overwhelming pine‑sol smell that lingered for a few days. The elevator and lobby made me hold my breath and burn my throat. There was no pillow‑top bed; the mattress was stiff and flat. The room and AC vents were foul smelling and filthy, so I had to clean them with cat‑piss remover, enzyme spray, and vinegar water. The carpets needed cleaning; I used several bottles of vinegar spray until the smell disappeared. I could hear people stomping over my head, so I turned up the music to cover it. I complained on the 22nd and the stomping stopped, but the room still wasn’t cleaned, the sheets weren’t changed, there was no plug for the kitchen sink, and the bathroom fan was loud enough to shake the neighboring room. The baggage carts were hard to roll—one had crooked wheels—but I was glad I had one. The breakfast was not free; there were no snacks or chocolate muffins, just a plastic wrap muffin. The water wasn’t filtered and smelled like chlorine. That’s the rundown. I’ve cleaned rooms before, and it will be cleaner when I leave. That’s why when I rebooked I kept the same room, hoping to avoid more stomping.
