We arrived in the evening and the receptionist told us we couldn’t stay because we weren’t Indian. The policy isn’t stated anywhere, and the receptionist was unpleasant, essentially telling us to leave the hotel.

I wondered if breakfast was included in the booking. A similarly named hotel, Tirumalaa Hotel, also exists in the Periamet area, which caused some confusion.
