The staff were well‑trained and friendly, yet on the outdoor terrace the poolside restaurant was open and there was no sheltered area, and the wind at night was too strong.

The service was good and everything arrived on time, and there were no negatives.
The hotel was clean, the staff were available, but the pillows were terrible.

The breakfast was okay, but the front‑desk staff were rude, and the room upkeep didn’t feel luxurious at all.
The spa, hairdresser, various on‑site services, and the musician and singer in the lobby at night were all great, and the concierge staff were very pleasant; however, the sheets were stained, the previous guest’s slippers were under the bed, there were stains in the corridors, which was not what you expect from a five‑star place, and one staff member was not very friendly when I asked if they sold cigarettes.
