I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with my tent situated beautifully by the river, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere that ensured a restful night's sleep. The food was truly amazing, with dinner being a highlight, and the buffet breakfast was also very good. The exceptional service provided by the staff has made me consider returning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My experience was a mixed bag, with the friendly and caring staff standing out, along with the impressive dinner and breakfast selection that was well presented. However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit, which seemed to have been overlooked before our arrival. Despite this, the unit itself was nice, but a deeper clean would have been appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Waterbuck chalet, which was perfectly positioned over the dam, surrounded by reeds and weavers' nests, offering a unique and picturesque setting. Our game drive was also a highlight, thanks to our guide Keana, who was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. However, I did notice that the chalet's exterior woodwork was weather-damaged and in need of maintenance, and the putt-putt course was unfortunately out of operation.

I appreciated the delicious food with reasonable prices, and the friendly staff and field guides added to the welcoming atmosphere. However, I would have preferred the pool to be located in a more private area, as it was situated next to the dining area, which didn't quite meet my expectations.
