The new property looks great, the suites are tastefully decorated, Wi‑Fi worked and the power supply was reliable, yet the front desk staff struggled with both check‑in and check‑out.

The hotel is really beautiful, the staff genuinely caring and helpful, the food delicious, the suite massive and stunning, the bed very comfortable, top quality overall, and I would definitely return, but teens were noisy at the pool where children were trying to play and apparently they weren’t guests, and the bar staff expected us to wait for them to finish instead of the other way around.

The equipment quality was good, and the location lets you run quite a few errands (bank, restaurant, supermarket, beach, etc.) nearby; the restaurant’s cuisine is superb. The only issue was reminding the cleaners to set out soap and paper towels.

Great location in the middle of vibrant Osu (although it should be noted that the beautiful Anthonian Suites is surrounded by some not so beautiful parts. Staff were great and resolved queries and problems promptly Breakfast was great - we had this included which was amazing We also ate at the restaurant for 2 dinners Rooftop bar was great and had great views. There is a rooftop pool but it's very small - it's a paddling pool rather than a swimming pool. Wifi wasn't great initially, but this was fixed once we gave feedback
