The cleanliness was flawless. The person managing the WhatsApp was friendly, quick, and effective. Everything was very tidy. The décor was simple but well thought out. It’s close to the airport, and having a coffee machine, tea, water, and a packet of pastries on arrival was very convenient for the two of us. The kettle was a nice bonus. The area is well‑situated; walking 15‑20 minutes gets you to the city center and the old town. There’s a supermarket right across, cafés in the neighbourhood, and the setting is quiet. There’s no soundproofing, so we heard some door‑slamming noise, but that’s expected from the description, and the quiet hours after 22:00 help us sleep well.

I recommend it; we’ll come back. The photos match reality. The room was exactly what we saw online. We liked everything: comfortable beds with clean linens, a hot‑water shower and all the toiletries, towels, a working AC, a coffee machine with capsules, tea, cups, glasses, a small fridge that already had two bottles of cold water, a coat rack, bedside cabinets for storage, a fold‑out towel rack, and a beach umbrella (though we couldn’t set it in the sand because you need a spiral insert). The city centre is a 30‑minute walk, the airport is 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus, and the beach at Porto Istan is 25 minutes by bus.

“Agradable estancia en Olbia”

The street has free parking. The apartment was clean, spacious, and nice. We appreciated the courtesy items: umbrella, chairs, coffee maker, water, mats, cookies. The only downside was the many stairs to reach the apartment and the small window.

The location is great, close to services and with free parking. The managers are very kind and helpful; they provide umbrellas, chairs, and beach loungers for guests. The only drawback is that you have to climb two ramps of stairs to reach the room, which could be difficult for some people.

“Great Location & Friendly Host🌼”

The spot is great, just a short bus ride to both the beach and the city center, and there’s a supermarket close by which was super handy. The host was very friendly and answered any questions quickly. The air conditioning kept us cool all night. Grazie! We had a truly pleasant stay✨
