Cécile answered all our questions super fast before we arrived. Even though we were coming in late, she was there to greet us, even though we had planned a self‑check‑in. We slept great; the bedding was top quality. Breakfast was hearty and good. Her tips for visiting the fortress were spot on. Thanks a lot.
