The food was great, especially the breakfast – I loved the buttenut fritters (little fat cakes), a nice touch, and the omelette was the best ever. The bathroom in the room was a problem.

Only the beachfront was good; the hotel needs renovations. The staff were unfriendly, the rooms were dirty and old, and the furnishings were uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited.

I’m not a breakfast eater, so I didn’t try your breakfast, but every other part of my stay was outstanding. The reception team and all staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Having travelled on business to 53 countries and stayed in hotels worldwide, I can honestly say your laundry service is the finest I’ve ever seen. I stayed while attending my 1968 class reunion, and the luncheon we had on the enclosed glass veranda on 1 August was simply excellent. The food was superb, and the service matched it in every respect. Thank you to everyone for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of USB ports at the desk and a light at the desk. From room 3 the view is excellent through the palm trees, but the roofs you look over need a sweep – I know it’s a difficult time of year being winter.

The environment, beautiful gardens. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Poor signage from reception to the lift and restaurant. Poor poor. Poor lighting in the passage , risk for falling and injury. Its dark. No fridge in the room!!! 🙁 1 bathroom but 2 bedrooms duplex sort of. I was really unimpressed!!
