“Quase perfeito.”

The space is well organized with a mini‑kitchen and very clean. The mattress was bad and stained, and the bedside lamp was missing.

“Bom custo beneficio”

The location is good, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it’s well situated. The bathroom has a shower lever that keeps falling, and the liquid soap dispensers in the shower stall are empty.

The location is fine. The new filter almost doesn’t let water out. The table is very small and occupied by the intercom and the internet box, and there’s no place to support luggage, not even a luggage rack.
