“My stay in the Redcastle hotel”
Lovely hotel staff great. Nice food. All round good. Only one small thing is there was only one 4 slot toaster for all the guests having breakfast and it can be very busy . Everything else was perfect
“Enjoyed it very much”
The hotel offered lovely views and was nice, but the poor service was fantastic.
Food was great, location was lovely, but I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because there weren’t enough staff at reception; the rooms are dated, especially the shower, and it’s dangerous getting in and out of the bath; the room was very overpriced for what you get and the bed was very uncomfortable.
The staff were exceptional and made the holiday memorable; the facilities were very good. We had a couple of minor issues in the room: the sink didn’t drain well, and the hospitality tray could have been a bit more generous.
Stunning views and a comfortable bed, yet there was a strong smell of sewage through the halls and in the room, and a member of staff at reception wasn’t the most pleasant with me.
