“An unbelievable nightmare, Had to sleep in my car due to their incompetence.”

Nothing good at all. What a nightmare. If the desk manager had spent the same effort convincing me that she was right as she could have spent helping us, this review would be different. The room was not available after I had reserved and paid, I drove 8 hours, arrived at 10 pm, was denied a room, and then had to sleep in my car until 6 am before finding another availability.

“It was great!”

When we checked in, the gentleman and lady working were exceptional—kind and eager to help. They even upgraded our room, which we loved! The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open.
