The spot was convenient, and the room itself was decent, but the manager swapped my double‑bed room, which had a two‑seat lounge, for a family room with three beds and no seating because he had sold the original reservation to someone who checked in earlier. I had booked and paid for the double room the day before, and this change was unacceptable for a solo traveler—definitely not what I expected.
