I’m not sure if this is normal or an exception, but at 9:30 PM there was no hot water in the shower, an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom drain, the towel, though washed, had blood stains and there were also blood stains on the toilet seat, and there was not even a single glass in the room for drinking water; overall it is definitely too expensive for what is offered.

The room looked freshly renovated at first glance, but nobody was immediately available; staff only arrived after I had unsuccessfully searched the restaurant as well—apparently the room was only reserved and not yet booked! I’ve booked hotels many times before, yet the toilet lid was loose, the bathroom had a damp, musty smell, the shower door had slipped off its hinges, and there was no hook for a hand or shower towel, so I had to hang it over the washbasin to dry; the room also lacked a trash bin.
