A roomy, modern apartment surrounded by lush greenery, complete with a pool and BBQ. We stayed for two weeks during a working holiday, needing space and comfort; the July heat made the pool essential. Host Laurent was easy to contact, a friendly man who went out of his way to help with extra requests. I would highly recommend Le Kiosque for anyone visiting Vienne. We liked walking, so we didn’t bring a car—getting into town is all downhill and takes about 20 minutes. Climbing back up the hill in the heat was a bit slower, but you need good fitness or a car; plenty of parking is available. The property is very secure. Between walking and taking an Uber at night, it was perfectly fine and rewarding, especially with a swim after the uphill walk.
