I felt completely comfortable. The staff were very nice, the room cozy, the balcony offered a great view of the mountains, and the location was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very generous.

The snacks were perfect, the location great, the price super, and the staff amazing. The dog couldn’t go into the restaurant.

Free parking, clean rooms, and friendly staff made the visit pleasant, but having a fridge in the room during the summer months would have been great.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and pleasant, and although the room was small it was adequate; we enjoyed the balcony and the outdoor seating with snacks, even though it closed at 20:00. One evening the owner stayed longer in the restaurant, probably because the hotel was busier. We used a Gästekarte discount for the cable car, bob‑run, pool and pedal boats on the lake near Velký Javor and would have taken advantage of more if we’d stayed longer. The surrounding nature and views of Velký Javor were beautiful. We missed a fridge in the room on those hot days and would have liked the restaurant to stay open later than 20:00, since it was still warm outside. Bottled drinks were available at the hotel, but the draft beverages would have been better.
