How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place sits about 1.8 km from Paltan, not too far, and Burger King is just 50 m away. The room was not cleaned properly—there were a lot of hairs on the bed and in the washroom, a damp smell everywhere, and the window AC didn't work. We booked a triple room based on the pictures but received a completely different one, and the washroom lacked the toiletries that were listed. They didn't even offer water.

The hotel was the worst I've stayed in; definitely not family‑friendly. The AC was broken, bathrooms were unhygienic and dirty, the furniture was old and the rooms looked outdated. They have a rule that no outside food is allowed in the rooms, which felt very pathetic.

The staff are naturally friendly and good. The hotel looks old and undecorated, doesn't feel luxurious, and needs maintenance.
