We arrived at the hotel and, to our embarrassment, realized I’d booked the room for next year by mistake. Luckily, a last room was still available, and the reception team did everything they could to fix the mix‑up. The staff were wonderful—helpful, kind, welcoming with smiles and a positive attitude. We received excellent service and truly felt they wanted to help. The room itself was pleasant, clean, well maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking. Huge thanks to the team for the great service and hospitality!

The location was unique, close to many interesting spots. The view of all of Jerusalem was breathtaking, a truly special experience. The suite was spacious, perfect for a family with kids. However, there were a few signs of wear, and the cleanliness was good but not flawless (they did a thorough clean on the second day). We were disappointed with the extra room; the photos made it look like two full‑size bedrooms, but in reality the second room was barely adequate.
The upkeep was really bad, giving me a 3.0/10 overall.
