Do not book online because they apparently ignore online booking status; they just give rooms to whoever arrives and will tell you the rooms are full even if you have a booking three days in advance, which is too bad.

I booked the room and it showed as successfully booked, but when I went to check in they refused to give me a room. All rooms were already occupied and there was no place for me. I showed them my booking, they checked their computer and it was booked under my name, yet they still refused to give me a room. I had to check into another hotel at the last hour, which was a horrible experience.

The staff here is a real lifesaver, especially when it comes to arranging transportation. However, the room itself was seriously lacking - no soap, towels, electric kettle, or chairs to speak of. The pictures on the website made the room look way bigger than it actually was, and to top it all off, the bathroom was a mess with cigarette butts all over the place. It's a shame, because with a bit of effort, this place could be great.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was, and the staff was super helpful too. But, unfortunately, the location is a bit of a problem - it's a good 20-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, and the rooms themselves are tiny with no windows to speak of. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to these details, this place could be really great.

This hotel is still in its early days, and you can tell - it's a brand-new property that's still ironing out the kinks. The location is actually pretty great, right next to a police station and just a stone's throw from the Bibi Ka Makbara. However, the parking situation is a bit of a pain, with only one spot available right next to the room and the rest being a dusty open lot across the street. Given the amenities, I think the price should be a bit lower.
