The property sits on the main road OMR, making it easy to get to, and the staff were polite. Both Indian and continental breakfasts were offered, and they pleasantly surprised us with snacks and coffee in the evenings. Parking was ample on the ground level and in the basement, so overall it was good. However, because of the main‑road location, the room’s acoustics need improvement; I couldn’t sleep due to vehicle noise and honking. The bathroom had a bad smell, possibly from dryness or a broken pipe—keeping the bath wet might help. The parking spots seem intended for small cars, so larger cars end up parked very close together; better markings could improve the situation.

The spot is perfect for checking out Chennai and the East Coast Road, right in the middle of everything.
