Location is beautiful as well hotel. After travelling for hours we headed up to the beautiful bar upstairs only to be told they don’t serve cocktails until 9pm! (Just thinking about bed then) there were 4 very young staff just laughing and talking and did not seem interested at all. We ended up paying an entry fee into the hotel springs up the road just to get a cocktail and dinner

I liked the design; it’s pretty. It’s a little too small for six people, but that’s fine. The toilet was a bit dirty and smelly.

The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area with a stunning rooftop restaurant, the best view of Sibayak, and an on‑site thermal bath. We felt very comfortable in the spacious family room. Fresh water is available for free on every floor. The included breakfast was generous, offered either as a buffet or à la carte depending on the hotel’s occupancy. Not every staff member speaks English, but someone who can translate is always available. The reception staff are always English‑speaking and very helpful.

Nice rooms and a hotel pool. The beer at the restaurant had limited variety and was warm.
