“Very enjoyable. the room and entire staff exceeded our expectations.”

The staff was terrific—from the cleaning crew to the front desk team. A special shout‑out to Devon who helped with a couple of requests and the young lady at the front desk. I didn’t realize upon check‑in that rooms were only cleaned every other day, but when I asked for service on one of the odd days the staff handled it with a great attitude. Could not have been more pleased with our stay. Possibly rooms were serviced each day, but when requested they promptly took care of it.

“Very disappointing because of the false advertising.”

The young man who checked us in was probably the only good thing about the stay. The couch was torn. There was no restaurant or bar, and no happy hour as advertised. Most staff seemed bored and didn’t want to help. Breakfast was bad. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy were so hard that the gravy didn’t soften them enough to cut. The fruit was rotten, including the fruit cocktail. I never saw anyone actually working in the breakfast area during the two days.

“Good breakfast!”

It was clean and comfortable! The room was what we asked for—a walk‑in shower! But the hot tub was too close, burning our eyes, and it tarnished our silver rings.
