The very best thing about this facility was the front desk employees. The fellow with the long dark hair was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely interested in me and my needs. The woman with the short dark hair was cheerful, pleasant, and accommodating. I had one issue during my stay and she addressed it right away. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast had eggs, potatoes, and sausage, waffles, packet oatmeal, two kinds of cereal, and bread and bagels to toast. There were muffins and some green apples, juices, milk, coffee, and tea. Easy access from the freeway. I was very satisfied with this hotel. I didn’t give it a ten because that is ranked exceptional and this can’t be compared with that kind of hotel, but I have no complaints.

I slept soundly on the comfortable bed and enjoyed a good breakfast, but the side of the Interstate was missing and the window was closed, making it very noisy.

The staff, from the manager to the room cleaners, were all understanding, helpful, and judgment‑free, making us feel genuinely cared for. The only drawback was the absence of a workout room; otherwise everything else surpassed expectations.

The rooms were refreshed and the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the pool area was clean; breakfast was fairly standard but acceptable for a stay that includes it. However, the hotel’s thin walls let the music from our neighbors bleed through the hallway and into our room, disrupting quiet time. Apart from that, the stay was relaxing, though I wish the rooms had more space, especially the sink area which offered little room for toiletries.
