The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfy with a private en‑suite shower and loo, and parking on site was free. The host family were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was a ‘help yourself’ spread of only a few cereals in the host’s kitchen, and the instant coffee tasted old and unpleasant. Adding a kettle and a tea/coffee tray in the bedroom would improve the overall experience.
